 Meet Flirt!!
 Flirt is our little sweetie and our new poster child for ENC. She came to us from a good home. She had good care, extra feed and a very concerned owner. This filly was just "lacking". She would go "off feed" and seemed to have no "will to survive".  She came with the name "Skinny" which suited her pretty well. She was malnourished, prone to colic and just seemed to have no determination in her. Her owner called me and asked me to take her, the other option was to put her down.
I picked her up on Nov. 16, 2011. She was a "bag of bones". The picture to the right is the day after she arrived.  When you petted her you could feel every bone, there was very little muscle to her. Her owner described her as very "peaceful". Content, but not much energy.
We let her settle in for a few days and then gave her a full evaluation. We put her on the full ENC program including Nero Choice, Blood BLD, Digestive ULR, Novequin and Stem Equine and the results have been amazing! The picture to the left was taken almost one month after she arrived here.  She is a beautiful little horse, and will be 2 years old this spring.
We are very proud to say 2 months and lots of TLC later, Flirt looks like a horse! She has filled in really well and is getting some energy back. We will keep you posted on her progress, but the pictures are worth a thousand words!
